COVID-19 ANNOUNCEMENT

As a work from home creative, my business is operating as normal during the COVID-19 pandemic. However, please be aware that shipping is outside of my control and due to flight restrictions and increased border restrictions, your order may take longer than normal to arrive. I strongly recommend upgrading to express shipping wherever possible. 

I will do my best to keep you informed of any changes, and I sincerely appreciate your support and patience during this time.

 

How do I know whether fabrics are new, deadstock or limited edition? 

Any items that are limited edition/deadstock are labelled as such on the website in the item description. I order new fabrics in small quantities to minimise any fabric wastage. I also design accessories like cuffs to make use of fabric scraps.

 

What customisations do you offer?

Providing a bespoke customisation service for your lingerie is one of the best things about being an indie lingerie brand! I will gladly tailor your lingerie to your unique needs. Common adjustments made to orders include lengthening bodysuits for a long torso, using larger cup sizes for a full bust, adding thicker straps to designs and customising designs for additional support. I specialise in creating lingerie for plus size women and will gladly make lingerie for all bodies who desire to wear it.

What does my order come in?

Your ethical lingerie is delivered to you beautifully wrapped in a handmade lace pouch that can be reused as an intimates wash bag

Is your packaging discreet?

Rest assured that all packaging used is discreet, however please note that on the customs form I am required to write what is inside the parcel - if you do not wish for it to say lingerie please specify when ordering and I can label the item as "lace top and pants" for example so that you feel comfortable.  

Do you accept returns?

As your lingerie is being made to measure, it is very likely that your item will be a great fit! However in the unlikely case that your item does not fit or needs an adjustment, I am happy to offer an alteration.

How does this work? Send me an email with details of what adjustments need to be made, then post the item back to me (buyer is responsible for return postage). Your alterations will be made, photos sent to you for approval, then your item will be posted back to you (at my expense). Alterations take about two weeks to be finalised. 

If in the very unlikely event that your item is faulty (I undertake extensive quality control methods to ensure this does not happen, however sometimes human error is possible!) in compliance with Australian Consumer Law you are eligible for a full replacement of the item, and if a replacement is not available a refund or store credit. A return or refund can only be processed  after items are returned in original, unworn condition in original packaging within 14 business days. Buyer is responsible for return postage. If the item appears to be worn, with makeup or perfume residue, a refund will not be granted.

How long does shipping take?

Shipping estimates are as follows:

Australian orders: 3-5 business days

International orders (I ship to ALL countries worldwide): 2-3 weeks with express and 4-6 weeks with standard shipping. Express shipping can be selected at checkout.

You can contact me at any time to discuss postage information!  If in the unlikely event that your parcel does not arrive, please contact hello@lazygirllingerie.com so I can assist you. Items will be considered a lost parcel if they have not arrived within 12 weeks after posting. 

I need my order urgently! Can you help me?

Rush orders are possible, subject to my workload at the time of ordering. Please email me at hello@lazygirllingerie.com to arrange a fast tracked order.

How long will my order take to be made?

Each order is custom made, especially for you and takes 2-3 weeks to be made for you. 

Where are your designs made?

All Lazy Girl Lingerie designs are handmade by myself (Cassandra!). I am committed to bespoke, ethical and personalised production methods. 

How do I care for my Lazy Girl Lingerie?

For the longest wear out of your lingerie, please cold hand wash intimates and dry flat in shade. Was items individually and separate from other clothing articles. Do not iron or tumble dry.

What currency are prices in?

All items on the Lazy Girl Lingerie website are in AUD currency.

Who is responsible for customs fees? 

Buyers are responsible for any customs fees that are incurred. I am not responsible for delays caused due to customs.
