However, please be aware that shipping is outside of my control and due to flight restrictions and increased border restrictions, your order may take longer than normal to arrive. I strongly recommend upgrading to express shipping wherever possible.

What size should I order?
To determine your size, please refer to the chart below. If you are between sizes (e.g. size small bust and size medium hips) simply enter your sizing information at checkout so I can customise your order to your size. If you feel unsure or would like my recommendation on sizing, please contact me anytime at firstname.lastname@example.org - I am more than happy to help.
I am outside of your size chart - can I still order?
Yes! Please include your bust, under bust, waist, hip and bra size measurements as well as if you have a long or short torso with your order in the "Notes" section when ordering.
What customisations do you offer?
I am able to offer customisations such as lengthening and shortening bodysuit lengths, adjusting cup and band sizes, thicker and more straps for bigger busts, adding gusset clips, adding straps instead of halterneck ties, etc. Please email email@example.com for more information.
What does my order come in?
All items come gift wrapped in a handmade lace pouch made from vintage lace curtains, breathing new life into an item that would have previously been discarded. Your lace pouch is perfect for storing your lingerie discreetly, or upcycled to carry your beauty essentials on a holiday. If your item is a gift please include the name of the person who will be receiving the item as it will be written inside the gift card I place in each order.
Is your packaging discreet?
Yes! All orders are mailed in a plain Hero Packaging mailer made from recycled plastic. On the custom's form I am required to write what is inside the parcel - if you do not wish for it to say lingerie please specify when ordering and I can label the item as "lace top and pants" for example.
I am buying for someone else, what size should I order?
If buying lingerie for someone else, look at their existing pieces for bra and panty size information. Also take note of the brand the item is from, as well as the type of styles they have. Always feel free to contact me at any time to discuss my sizing recommendations. Providing as much information as possible will help us to get the best fit for your lucky loved one!
Do you accept returns?
As each items is carefully handmade to order especially for you, Lazy Girl Lingerie does not accept returns. Carefully consulting regarding sizing will help you to select the right size for your body. If you would like to have your size altered after purchasing, I am able to help you with a resizing service that attracts a small fee. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org for more information. If in the very unlikely event that your item is faulty (I undertake extensive quality control methods to ensure this does not happen, however sometimes human error is possible!) in compliance with Australian Consumer Law you are eligible for a refund, or store credit, after items are returned in original, unworn condition in original packaging within 14 business days. If item appears to be worn, with makeup or perfume reside, a refund will not be granted.
How long does shipping take?

Postage is usually very reliable. You can contact me at any time to discuss postage information. Express Post is available by request for an additional fee. If in the unlikely event that your parcel does not arrive, please contact email@example.com so I can assist you. Items will be considered a lost parcel if they have not arrived within 12 weeks after posting.

How long will my order take to be made?
Each order is custom made, especially for you and takes two weeks to be made for you. After this two weeks, the item/s will be posted to you.
Where are your designs made?
All Lazy Girl Lingerie designs are handmade by me (Cassandra!) in my Scenic Rim studio. I am committed to bespoke, ethical and personalised production methods.
How do I care for my Lazy Girl Lingerie?
For the longest wear out of your lingerie, please cold hand wash intimates and dry flat in shade. Was items individually and separate from other clothing articles. Do not iron or tumble dry.
What currency are prices in?
All items on the Lazy Girl Lingerie website are in AUD currency.

Who is responsible for customs fees?
Buyers are responsible for any customs fees that are incurred. I am not responsible for delays caused due to customs.
