I feel like I am tooting my own horn a bit today, sharing my exciting feature in Hot and Healthy in Business, but when it’s sharing my mission of body confidence and sustainability, how could I not?
You might have seen on socials that I was recently honoured to grace the pages of the latest ‘Body Image’ issue of Hot and Healthy in Business magazine. This was a huge honour, because I truly strive to create lingerie that is effortless to wear and designed for the elegant woman who wears lingerie to celebrate her body, no matter her size, shape or age.
In the issue, I discuss how I feel that many women could relate when I say that often, our self esteem issues and perceived “flaws” of our bodies run deep. Often, the seeds are first planted in our youth, I know I can remember being a young teen and flipping through glossy magazines and wondering why I didn’t look like the portrayed “beauty” on the covers. I guess this is why I am so passionate about showing diversity within my brand, and challenging societal norms of “beauty”, because I have been there myself.
